Assertive Community Treatment Team (ACTT)

Our Assertive Community Treatment Team is an evidence-based service designed for adults with serious mental illness that provides a full range of treatment, rehabilitation and support services by an interdisciplinary team in a variety of community based settings. Services include psychiatric and nursing services, assistance with housing and employment, substance abuse treatment, peer support and case management.

ACTT is for Adults, 18 years old or older in Guilford County.

Hours Of Operation:

Hours are Monday through Friday 8 am to 4 pm and on call for emergencies 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
